Damage Guidelines
We strive to purchase supplies in mint condition to provide full payment. However, we recognize that items may arrive dinged or damaged due to various reasons. We are pleased to accept these supplies as long as they meet our descriptions of dinged and damaged conditions, with pricing adjusted accordingly. Please keep in mind that we have to resell these products, and even minimal ding or damage lowers the value significantly.
What do we consider dinged?
Dinged include boxes with small creases or wrinkles on the surface of the box, minor dents or indentations in one or more corners, or small blemishes or scuffs.
What do we consider damaged?
Damage can include boxes with multiple creases, crushed/smashed, tears, or rips in the packaging material. Large dents or substantial indentations that compromise the structural integrity of the box. Visible signs of wear, such as extensive scuffing or scratching. Any damage that significantly alters the appearance or functionality of the box.
What do we consider severely damaged?
Severely damaged supplies will NOT be purchased. If the supplies are stained, opened (the seal is cut, sliced, tampered with, or slightly affected), soiled, marked with ink, blood, food, or liquid, we will not purchase them. They will be discarded or donated. For safety reasons, we cannot accept or purchase supplies that have had their seals opened. Once the seal is broken, it poses a potential safety hazard. Please note that supplies that are slightly dinged or damaged have a decrease in overall value.
How can you avoid damage?
We recommend using ONLY a sturdy cardboard box with sufficient padding and packing material to ship your supplies to prevent shifting or damage. Do NOT use shipping envelopes, thin boxes, or old/damaged boxes, as these increase the chances of your supplies arriving to us severely damaged, resulting in a reduced or no payment.
Also, do NOT remove your labels. We remove ALL prescription labels and dispose of them. Secondly, package your items carefully in a sturdy cardboard box, not in a bubble pack or envelope, where boxes can get damaged or crushed.
Can you return my supplies if they arrived dinged, damaged, or severely damaged?
We kindly ask our customers to carefully verify their supplies before shipping to ensure they match the submitted quote. Please note that if supplies do not meet our terms and conditions or match the quote, Fast Cash Strips will NOT cover the cost of returning them. We aim to provide a smooth selling experience and to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
To make the process easier, we cover the shipping costs and remind you twice before you submit your supplies of our no-return policy. This helps avoid discrepancies and ensures you receive full payment for your items.
Anything else?
We cannot accept items that are opened, expired, stained, soiled, or damaged by ink, markers, or water. Be sure to carefully package your supplies in a sturdy box with plenty of padding to protect them during transit. While we take great care in processing your order once it arrives, please remember that we have no control over how the shipping courier handles the package during delivery.
